Kiwi yogurt ice cream

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 360 ml yogurt
  • 8 kiwi(s), peeled, roughly diced
  • 150 g sugar, fine
  • 45 ml lemon juice
  • 30 ml orange liqueur (Grand Marnier)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the kiwi cubes and sugar and let stand for 20 minutes. The color and flavor will intensify during this time. Then, blend all ingredients until smooth. Transfer to an ice cream maker and freeze according to instructions.
