Knuckle of Pork in Aspic with New Potatoes
The perfect knuckle of pork in aspic with new potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Small can of pork knuckle in aspic 200 g (from private house slaughter!)
- 300 g Small new potatoes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Basil leaves
- 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
- Brush the potatoes well, cook in salt water (1 teaspoon salt) for about 20 minutes and drain. Serve pork knuckle with the new potatoes, mayonnaise (approx. 2 tablespoons), garnished with tomato and basil leaves. Sprinkle the jacket potatoes with 2 big pinches of coarse sea salt from the mill.
