Green Asparagus with Ground Beef Patty

  • 400 g Organic ground beef
  • 1 handful Cut the leek into small pieces
  • 1 Red Chilli pepper cut
  • 2 piece Organic eggs
  • Salt and pepper a.d.M.
  • Coconut oil for frying

  • 500 g Green asparagus

  • 1 piece Lemon sliced
  1. Put the ingredients from the minced meat to the salt and pepper in a bowl, crack the eggs and mix everything together well, form 4-6 patties from the minced meat and fry them in coconut oil.
  2. Peel the asparagus thinly at the bottom, then wash and cook in a saucepan with salted water.
