Green Asparagus with Ground Beef Patty

- 400 g Organic ground beef
- 1 handful Cut the leek into small pieces
- 1 Red Chilli pepper cut
- 2 piece Organic eggs
- Salt and pepper a.d.M.
- Coconut oil for frying

- 500 g Green asparagus
- *****************
- 1 piece Lemon sliced
- Put the ingredients from the minced meat to the salt and pepper in a bowl, crack the eggs and mix everything together well, form 4-6 patties from the minced meat and fry them in coconut oil.
- Peel the asparagus thinly at the bottom, then wash and cook in a saucepan with salted water.
- Arrange everything on plates, cut the lemon into slices and place on top.
