Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kohlrabi
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp oil (walnut oil)
- Salt
- pepper
- some sugar
- pine nuts
- Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the kohlrabi and slice it thinly, then arrange it on 4 plates. Prepare the vinaigrette and drizzle it over the kohlrabi slices. Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan and arrange them on the plates. Grate the Parmesan cheese coarsely over the plates.
