Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg kohlrabi
- 4 tbsp butter
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp flour
- Cream cheese or herb cheese, 2 wedges
- 2 tbsp herbs of your choice, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the kohlrabi and cut into strips. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan and sauté the kohlrabi strips. Then add the broth. Cook for about 10 minutes. Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in a small saucepan, sauté with the flour, and add this sauté to the kohlrabi. Bring to a boil and melt the cheese. Finally, add the chopped herbs. Potatoes make a great side dish.
