Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 dumplings (spinach dumplings), homemade or from the refrigerated counter
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • ½ small onion(s), optional
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 piece(s) butter
  • possibly nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Using leftovers, quick and easy, vegetarian

Cut the spinach dumplings into large cubes. Finely dice the onion. If you already have enough onion in your dumplings, you can skip this. Melt the butter in a pan. Sauté the onion and dumpling cubes. Add the raw eggs to the dumplings, let them set, season, mix everything well, let them cook for a while, and season to taste. A very quick, vegetarian meal.
