Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • some kohlrabi leaves from about 4 – 5 kohlrabi
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

vegan, vegetarian, for multiple baking trays

Remove the stalks from the kohlrabi leaves, wash them, tear them into small pieces, and toss them with oil and salt. Then spread them on several baking sheets and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (convection oven) for about 7 minutes until crispy. A simple and delicious snack when you’re too good to throw away your kohlrabi leaves.
