- 1 kohlrabi
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 salmon fillet(s), approx. 125 g
- curry powder
- garlic powder
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- 3 eggs
- 250 ml cream
- 2 tbsp cheese, grated
- salt and pepper

from a 28cm quiche dish
For a 28 cm quiche dish. Cut the kohlrabi, onion, and salmon fillet into small pieces and fry together in a little oil until the salmon is almost cooked. Season everything with a little salt, pepper, and a little curry powder and garlic powder to taste. For the topping, beat the eggs with the cream and cheese and season with a little salt and pepper, or to taste. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (top/bottom heat). Line the quiche dish with the puff pastry and pierce several times with a fork. Spread the fried salmon and vegetables on the puff pastry. Spread the topping over the top and place the quiche in the oven for about 25 minutes.
