Kohlrabi salad with arugula

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 kohlrabi
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • 125 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, amount to taste
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice, amount to taste
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • possibly mint or chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Coarsely grate the peeled kohlrabi, finely chop the tender inner leaves, finely chop the rocket and mix everything with the crème fraîche and olive oil, season with lemon juice and salt & pepper, and sprinkle with chopped mint or chives if you have them.
