Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 kohlrabi
- 400 ml vegetable stock
- ½ bunch basil
- ½ tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 50 ml milk, low-fat
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg

quick and easy
Peel the kohlrabi, cut into small cubes, and simmer in the broth for 10 minutes. Finely chop the basil. Blend the kohlrabi in the broth with the basil, mustard, sour cream, and milk until frothy. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
