Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 large kohlrabi
- ¼ tsp Ras el Hanout
- some salt
- a little rapeseed oil or olive oil

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
A delicious vegetable variant that is also vegan and healthy.
Peel the kohlrabi and cut into long strips, similar to French fries. Season the sticks with ras el hanout and salt and brush with oil. Bake the vegetables in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20-30 minutes. They go well with dips, baked potatoes, and salad.
