Korean soybean salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g soy sprouts, fresh or from the can
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil (sesame oil)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds, roasted
  • 2 tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • Salt and pepper (preferably Korean red)
  • ½ tsp sesame seeds, roasted

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean and wash the soybean sprouts and boil them in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Rinse and drain. Drain the canned sprouts. Prepare the seasoning mix. Add the sprouts and mix well. Season with salt and pepper, if desired, and serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
