Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 8 tbsp oil
  • 8 tbsp milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g sugar
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 ½ packets of baking powder
  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the flour with the baking powder and knead it with the remaining ingredients to form a dough, then roll it out. Place the dough on a greased baking sheet. Make the crumb topping from the butter, sugar, and flour and spread it over the dough. Bake at 180°C for approximately 25-30 minutes.
