Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g lean pork (e.g. loin)
- 100 g carrot(s)
- 250 g mushrooms, fresh
- 2 pointed peppers
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 200 g potatoes, waxy
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sambal oelek
- 1 tsp broth, clear, instant
- 50 ml water
- 1 pinch(s) pepper, mixed from the mill
- possibly flour for binding
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Cut the meat into thin strips and marinate with the soy sauce and sambal oelek. Peel and trim the carrots, bell peppers, and potatoes, and cut them into sticks. Slice the mushrooms and spring onions. Add the meat and marinade to the hot wok and cook thoroughly, then remove and keep warm. First, briefly fry the carrots, mushrooms, and bell peppers and season with pepper. Then deglaze with the water. Add the potatoes and spring onions, season with the stock, and simmer over medium heat for about 20-30 minutes. Just before the end of the cooking time, add the meat back in and mix briefly. Serve on a plate with a slotted spoon (if you like, you can also thicken the liquid into a sauce with a tablespoon of flour).
