Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 2 packs of lard
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Doughnuts, a super delicious treat for coffee

Combine all ingredients except the lard and powdered sugar to form a thick batter. Melt the lard in a small saucepan over medium heat. Then, using a teaspoon or tablespoon (depending on the desired size), dip the dough into the hot fat and fry until browned. Important: Turn the doughnuts frequently, or they’ll burn. After frying, drain the doughnuts on a kitchen towel and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
