Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 medium-sized jacket potatoes, boiled, peeled, diced
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled, diced
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • 3 gherkins, diced
  • 1 apple, peeled, diced
  • 1 cup light crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 tbsp herb vinegar
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • Salt and pepper, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

delicious and without mayonnaise

Loosely mix all the salad ingredients, season with salt and pepper, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Tip: If you want the salad to have a bit more flavor, add some rendered streaky bacon before chilling.
