- 3 tbsp sugar
- 200 ml milk
- 60 g butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 300 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 150 g butter

Hessian Country Women’s Cake
This amount is enough for one baking sheet. Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk along with the sugar and add to the flour. Add the butter and knead everything into a dough. Let the dough rise until it has increased in size significantly. Knead again and roll out the dough onto a baking sheet. Brush the dough with milk and spread the crumble topping over the dough. If you want more crumble, use 250g butter, 250g sugar, and 400g flour.
