Kritharaki Salad
The perfect kritharaki salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Dressing:
- 200 g Tsatziki
- 1,5 tbsp Ajvar
- Salt pepper
Pasta:
- 200 g Kritharaki
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Red Paprika
- 125 g Corn
- 100 g Feta
- 1 Shallot
- Cook the pasta in enough salted water for about 12 minutes, drain and allow to cool.
- In the meantime, cut the pepper, tomato, shallot and feta into small cubes.
- Put these ingredients and the corn in a bowl and stir.
- When the kritharaki have cooled down, add them to the bowl.
- Mix together the tsazsiki and ajvar. Season with salt and pepper and pour over.
