Kritharaki – Salad with Minced Meat

The perfect kritharaki – salad with minced meat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 500 g Rice noodles – Kritharaki
  • 3 Bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 3 tsp Tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Dried oregano
  • 3 Btl Salad crowning – Spicy garden herbs –
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil
  1. The minced meat with salt, pepper; Tomato ketchup, tomato paste; Mix the oregano and the finely chopped onion.
  2. Fry the minced meat mixture in a large pan with a little olive oil and let it cool.
  3. Cook the rice noodles in salted water for about 14 minutes and drain.
  4. Dice the peppers very small, put them in 3 bags of lettuce and let them steep with a little olive oil.
  5. Mix the drained rice noodles with the minced meat crumbs. Then add the marinated pepper cubes, mix everything well and let it steep.
  6. It also tastes lukewarm.
