Kritharaki – Salad with Minced Meat

- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 500 g Rice noodles – Kritharaki
- 3 Bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
- 1 Chopped onion
- 3 tsp Tomato paste
- 3 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp Dried oregano
- 3 Btl Salad crowning – Spicy garden herbs –
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- The minced meat with salt, pepper; Tomato ketchup, tomato paste; Mix the oregano and the finely chopped onion.
- Fry the minced meat mixture in a large pan with a little olive oil and let it cool.
- Cook the rice noodles in salted water for about 14 minutes and drain.
- Dice the peppers very small, put them in 3 bags of lettuce and let them steep with a little olive oil.
- Mix the drained rice noodles with the minced meat crumbs. Then add the marinated pepper cubes, mix everything well and let it steep.
- It also tastes lukewarm.
