Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 500 g Rice noodles - Kritharaki
  • 3 Bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 3 tsp Tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Dried oregano
  • 3 Btl Salad crowning - Spicy garden herbs -
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • The minced meat with salt, pepper; Tomato ketchup, tomato paste; Mix the oregano and the finely chopped onion.
  • Fry the minced meat mixture in a large pan with a little olive oil and let it cool.
  • Cook the rice noodles in salted water for about 14 minutes and drain.
  • Dice the peppers very small, put them in 3 bags of lettuce and let them steep with a little olive oil.
  • Mix the drained rice noodles with the minced meat crumbs. Then add the marinated pepper cubes, mix everything well and let it steep.
  • It also tastes lukewarm.
