La Fleur (Georgina Bülowius)
The perfect la fleur (georgina bülowius) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
flesh
- 4 piece Beef fillet steak
- 1 bunch Rosemary
- 1 tbsp Butter
sauce
- 1 piece Big onion
- 1 shot Red wine
- 1 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
spaghetti
- 300 g Spaghetti
- 1 piece Truffles fresh
- 1 a cup Cream
- 1 shot Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Steaks
- Fry the steaks on both sides for about 2-3 minutes in a heated pan with a little butter and fresh rosemary.
- Then cover and let cook for 5 minutes in the preheated oven so that they are still nice and medium inside.
sauce
- For the sauce, cut a large onion and sauté in a little butter with rosemary. Deglaze with red wine as soon as they are translucent and season with salt, fresh pepper and crème fraîche.
spaghetti
- Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, garnish with truffle, toss in cream and a little olive oil and then season with salt and fresh pepper.
