flesh

  • 4 piece Beef fillet steak
  • 1 bunch Rosemary
  • 1 tbsp Butter

sauce

  • 1 piece Big onion
  • 1 shot Red wine
  • 1 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese

spaghetti

  • 300 g Spaghetti
  • 1 piece Truffles fresh
  • 1 a cup Cream
  • 1 shot Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

Steaks

  1. Fry the steaks on both sides for about 2-3 minutes in a heated pan with a little butter and fresh rosemary.
  2. Then cover and let cook for 5 minutes in the preheated oven so that they are still nice and medium inside.

sauce

  1. For the sauce, cut a large onion and sauté in a little butter with rosemary. Deglaze with red wine as soon as they are translucent and season with salt, fresh pepper and crème fraîche.

spaghetti

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, garnish with truffle, toss in cream and a little olive oil and then season with salt and fresh pepper.
