Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g salt
  • 10 g rosemary
  • 10 sage leaves
  • 5 garlic cloves

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Seasoned salt

Finely chop the herbs (using a mortar and pestle if necessary). Crush the garlic. Mix the ingredients with the salt. The seasoning salt will keep for a good three months in the refrigerator. La salamone goes well with grilled dishes, meat, fish, and vegetables. The quantities can be increased as desired.
