Lahmacun – Snack – Bun

The perfect lahmacun – snack – bun recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Up to 3 P. Aufbackbrötchen
  • Covering:
  • 400 g Ground beef
  • 2 Onions, grated
  • 3 Tomatoes, grated
  • 0,5 bunch Parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 Up to 3 cloves of garlic, pressed
  • 1 Up to 2 mild green chilies, pitted, no must
  • If you like it spicy, you can use spicy chillies
  • 1 small Red peppers, pitted, no must
  • 2 tbsp Paprika pulp or tomato paste, Turkish shop
  • Passed tomatoes, as needed
  • Oil, as needed
  1. Put the minced meat with onions, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, chillies, red paprika, tomato paste or paprika pulp, a little oil in a food processor or a blender and mix everything to a spreadable mixture. If necessary, add some tomato puree. Taste.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (convection 180 degrees) and line two baking sheets with baking paper.
  3. Halve the bread roll and brush with the mixture. Not too thick, otherwise the minced meat won’t be cooked. Spread like a Turkish pizza. Spread the rolls on the baking sheets and put each baking sheet in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Take out and let cool for 5 minutes. This goes well with a nice salad and a cold drink of your choice.
  5. Be careful, as soon as they are there they are gone. Taste like MORE, so be careful of addiction ;-P
  6. The peppers and chillies can also be left out. Tastes very fine even without: P
