  • 125 g Fresh plums
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 50 Milliliters Dry red wine
  • 50 Milliliters Milk
  • 50 g Whipped cream
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 3 teaspoon Honey liquid
  • Mint fresh
  1. Wash the plums, dry them, remove the stones and cut them into small pieces. Caramelize the sugar in a pan. Pour in red wine and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Add the plums. Let simmer gently for 2 minutes. Take off the stove. Let cool down.
  2. Heat the milk and cream in a bowl over a hot water bath. Stir in the egg yolks and honey one after the other. Remove from the water bath and beat until frothy.
  3. Divide the plums in two dessert glasses. Put the honey and milk foam on top and serve immediately. Garnish with mint.
