One-pot Pasta with Tomatoes and Basil

Ingredients for one-pot pasta with mushrooms, zucchini and peas

  • 5 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Onions
  • 500 g Spaghetti
  • 1 bunch Basil
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1200 ml Water
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Parmesan
  • Chili powder
  • 500 g Mushrooms
  • 2 Zucchini
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 500 g Linguine
  • 150 g Frozen peas
  • 1125 ml Water
  • 100 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Halve the cherry tomatoes or quarter them if necessary. Peel the garlic cloves and cut into fine slices. Peel and dice the onion.
  2. Put the spaghetti with the cherry tomatoes, onion, garlic, basil and oil in a large saucepan. Pour in the water. Season with salt, pepper and chilli as you like.
  3. Bring the water to a boil and simmer for about 7 to 8 minutes. Stir again and again so that the ingredients don’t stick to the bottom of the pot.
  4. Arrange the pasta on plates and sprinkle some Parmesan on top.

Preparation: one-pot pasta with mushrooms, zucchini and peas

  1. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Quarter the zucchini lengthways and then cut into slices. Peel the garlic cloves and cut into slices. Strip off the thyme leaves.
  2. Put the linguine with the mushrooms, zucchini, peas, garlic and thyme in a large saucepan. Pour in the water. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bring the water to a boil and simmer for about 8 to 10 minutes. Stir again and again so that the ingredients don’t stick to the bottom of the pot.
  4. Add the Parmesan and crème fraîche and arrange the pasta on plates.
