  • 1 lamb chop(s)
  • 30 g millet
  • ½ bell pepper(s), yellow
  • ½ serving of instant gravy
  • some parsley, freshly chopped
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

First, prepare the millet according to the package instructions. Sear the lamb chops for about 1.5 minutes on each side and braise them in a preheated oven (150°C fan-assisted oven) wrapped in aluminum foil. Prepare the gravy according to the package instructions. Cut the bell peppers into small strips and arrange them on a plate. Now, add the cooked millet to the bell pepper strips and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Remove the lamb chops from the oven and serve.
