Movie Burger based on the film “Peter Pan”

Roughly chop the pistachios. Pick and finely chop the mint and parsley leaves. Place in a mortar with the pistachios, salt, and pepper and grind to a fine paste. Mix in 60 ml of oil. Mix together the yogurt and paprika. Slice the cucumber. Slice the onion into thin rings. Wash the spinach and spin dry. Coarsely grate the cheese. In a bowl, knead the minced lamb with the thyme and egg yolk. Using moistened hands, form 2 patties from the mixture. Heat the remaining oil in a pan. Season the patties with salt and pepper and fry for 5 minutes on each side. Turn over and add the cheese to the patties. Bake the pita breads in the preheated oven. Spread 2 pita breads with half of the yogurt. Top with spinach, cucumber, patties, and onion, and drizzle with pesto and pomegranate syrup. Spread the remaining yogurt on the remaining pita breads and place them on the burgers. If desired, drizzle the tops with the remaining pesto.
