Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 lamb loin(s), approx. 250 g
- 3 slices of feta cheese (goat feta cheese)
- 1 tsp ground blue fenugreek
- e.g. coconut oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Preheat the oven to 80 degrees Celsius, including a shallow baking dish. Cut a pocket into the lamb’s tail. Coat the goat cheese in the savory and place it in the pocket. Sear the meat on all sides in a pan. Then let it cook in the oven for about 20 minutes.
