Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 monkfish cheek
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- some bacon, diced
- 125 ml vegetable stock
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
from the oven
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Halve the peppers lengthwise. Line the peppers with bacon and place the fish on top. Mix the vegetable broth with the oyster sauce. Pour some of the broth into the peppers. Do not cover the fish. Pour the rest of the broth around the peppers. Cook in the oven for about 20 minutes.
