Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 bag of lamb’s lettuce
- 2 apples
- 400 g shrimp(s)
- some sea salt
- 1 tsp curry powder
- some olive oil
- some vinegar (e.g. raspberry vinegar)
- some salt
- some sugar
- some butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Fry the prawns in a little butter and season with sea salt. Cut the apples into small pieces and add them. Meanwhile, wash the lamb’s lettuce, shake it dry, and drizzle with olive oil. Add a little vinegar and season with salt and sugar. Season the apples and prawns with curry powder and let cool slightly. Serve with the lamb’s lettuce.
