Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g mushrooms, large
- 200 g ham (Serrano)
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves (optional)
- 200 g crème fraîche with herbs
- 3 tbsp sweet cream
- salt and pepper
- 250 g grated cheese (Manchego)
- oil

Spanish tapas
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Finely chop the onion, garlic cloves, Serrano ham, and the stems. Briefly fry everything together in a pan with a little oil, add the crème fraîche and cream. Stir well and season with salt and pepper. Stir in approximately 100g of Manchego. Place the mushrooms in a greased baking dish and spread the mixture evenly between the cavities. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-30 minutes.
