Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 65 g lamb’s lettuce, carefully cleaned and washed
- 125 g mushrooms
- 2 tbsp bacon, diced
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, or other vinegar
- 3 tsp rapeseed oil, or other oil
- salt and pepper
- Sugar .
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with white bread
Halve or quarter the mushrooms, depending on their size, then fry them in a nonstick frying pan without adding any fat. Once the mushrooms are brown and wrinkled, add the bacon. Fry briefly, then remove from the heat. In a bowl, make a vinaigrette with vinegar, oil, salt, sugar, and pepper. Then add the lamb’s lettuce and the still-warm mushrooms and mix everything together. Serve with white bread.
