Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g lamb’s lettuce
- 2 pears, ripe
- 150 g blue cheese (e.g. Saint Agur)
- 2 tbsp walnut oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp honey
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash and drain the lamb’s lettuce. Then finely chop the blue cheese and pears and add them. For the dressing, mix the walnut oil and white balsamic vinegar with water, honey, salt, and pepper. Add the dressing to the salad.
