Lamb’s Lettuce with Plum Vinaigrette and Salmon
The perfect lamb’s lettuce with plum vinaigrette and salmon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 hand Lamb’S lettuce
- 1 disc Smoked salmon
- 4 Plums
- Olive oil
- 1 Eßl Apple juice
- 1 tsp Mustard
- Red wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 Eßl Olive oil
- Wash the salad sufficiently and well.
- Mix the mustard, apple juice, vinegar and olive oil in a bowl with a whisk and season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the plums into slices and place in the vinaigrette. Spin the lettuce dry and also place in the bowl and serve. Cut the salmon into fine slices or pieces and spread on the lamb’s lettuce – done 🙂
