Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of lamb’s lettuce
  • ½ pomegranate
  • 1 apple
  • 1 beetroot
  • ½ roll(s) goat cheese
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar (pomegranate vinegar, or other sweet vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar, if desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the lamb’s lettuce, remove the pomegranate seeds, and finely chop the beetroot, apple, and goat cheese. Place everything in a salad bowl and crumble the walnuts over the top. For the dressing, mix all ingredients thoroughly. Season to taste and add a little more sugar, salt, or mustard, if desired.
