Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g lamb’s lettuce
- some radicchio
- some frisée lettuce
- 3 tbsp vinegar (raspberry vinegar)
- 3 tbsp oil (walnut oil)
- 2 tbsp water
- salt and pepper
- some garlic
- 4 tsp honey (orange blossom honey)
- 4 goat’s cheese coins
- n. B. Flowers, edible for garnishing
- 4 sprigs of thyme, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the lettuce and shred into bite-sized pieces, spin dry. Combine the vinegar, oil, and water in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic. Carefully toss the lettuce in the bowl with the dressing and arrange on a plate. Place the goat cheese slices on a plate, leaving enough space between them. Place a piece of the lower part of the thyme sprig on the cheese, and drizzle with honey. Bake the cheese at 250°C (top heat) for 5 minutes. Arrange on the salad plate and garnish with flowers.
