Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 ½ cup(s) sugar
- 2 packets of baking powder
- 200 g poppy seeds, ground
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 can condensed milk, sweetened (e.g. Milchmädchen)
- 250 g butter
- n. B. almond flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
with unique cream
For the batter, beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Then add the remaining batter ingredients and mix well. Spread the batter onto a baking sheet and bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes. For the cream, combine 1 can of Milchmädchen (milk milk) with the butter and then pour over the cake. You can then sprinkle flaked almonds on top. Note: The cups have a capacity of 200 ml.
