Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp oil, neutral
- 1 shot of vinegar
- 3 tsp, heaped sugar
- 500 g lamb’s lettuce
Instructions

Wash the lamb’s lettuce thoroughly and peel the leaves. In a small bowl, combine the milk, oil, a generous splash of vinegar, and the sugar. Season to taste, increasing the amount of sugar if necessary. Pour over the lamb’s lettuce, toss to combine, and enjoy. The dressing should taste mild and sweet, contrasting with the flavor of the lamb’s lettuce.
