Lamb's lettuce with sour cream dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of lamb’s lettuce, approx. 150 g
  • 1 pack sour cream
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Herbs, as desired
  • 1 onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and trim the lamb’s lettuce, removing the roots. Then dry thoroughly. Finely dice the onions. Combine the sour cream with the onions, salt, pepper, herbs, vinegar, and honey in a blender. Drizzle over the prepared salad. Tastes delicious with turkey breast, grilled vegetables, or even fried shrimp.
