Bread substitute, Low Carb, Slim while you sleep, SiS

Preheat the oven to 150°C. Chop the parsley in a blender or finely chop with a mincing knife. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and season with salt and pepper. Add the garlic clove and chopped parsley. Beat the egg yolk mixture until frothy, then add the low-fat curd cheese and mix thoroughly again. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold the beaten egg whites into the egg yolk mixture. Do not use a blender! Place 6 heaps on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and sprinkle with sesame seeds or cheese to taste. For one burger, you need 2 buns, top and bottom. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown. After baking, immediately remove from the baking paper with a spatula and let cool. These “buns” are incomparable to regular buns in terms of texture and flavor! They are used in a low-carb diet or replace bread in the evening for those who eat them. They are only suitable for toasting to a limited extent, and if so, only in a toaster or at a low setting in the toaster, as they turn black very quickly!
