Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pork to taste
  • ½ head of white cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 3 onions
  • margarine
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Paprika powder
  • Salt
  • Ginger powder
  • Glutamate to taste
  • possibly curry powder
  • some water as needed
  • possibly sauce thickener

Something different, but extremely tasty

Cut the meat into wafer-thin slices and mix with paprika, salt, curry powder (optional), ginger powder, and MSG to taste. Lightly brown the sugar in the heated margarine and add half of the thinly sliced ​​onions. After about 3 minutes, add the meat. Cook while stirring constantly (add more water if needed and thicken with a little sauce thickener if desired). Finally, stir in the remaining onions and the wafer-thinly sliced ​​cabbage. Braise these for a few minutes, if desired. Serve with rice.
