Lasagna with Chicken Breast
The perfect lasagna with chicken breast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
* Chicken Breast Sauce *
- 1 Cooked chicken breast
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 Bay leaf
- 2 Teaspoon (heaped) Parsley
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 500 ml Sieved tomatos
- Sea salt from the mill
- Tellicherry pepper from the mill
*Béchamel*
- Butter
- Flour
- 500 ml Milk
- Sea salt from the mill
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 Glass Mushrooms
further ingredients
- 6 Lasagne sheets
- 8 small Date / cherry tomatoes or 2-3 large tomatoes of your choice,
- 30 g Freshly grated Parmesan
- 200 g Grated mozzarella
- If you want to make homemade lasagne sheets, you should first make the dough so that it can rest a little. E.g. with this homemade pasta dough … variant of ribbon noodles, or e.g. with this homemade ravioli with crayfish filling. But you can also find many other noodle / pasta doughs in the cook bar. 😉
- Wash tomatoes and cut into slices. Grate the Parmesan, finely chop the parsley and reserve everything.
Chicken and Tomato Sauce
- Tear apart the already cooked / cooked chicken breast. Peel the onion and clove of garlic and cut into fine cubes.
- Sauté the onions and garlic in olive oil until golden, add the bay leaf. Add the chicken, mix and sauté briefly. Add the tomato, season, mix in the parsley and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Bechamel sauce with mushrooms
- Put the butter in a saucepan and let it melt, add the flour and stir well, gradually add the milk and bring to the boil while stirring. Add the drained mushrooms and season with salt and nutmeg. Reservations! Heat the oven to 180 ° C hot air / circulating air.
Layering lasagna …
- Grease a baking dish and first fill it with half of the bechamel sauce. Place the lasagne sheets on top.
- Now distribute half of the chicken and tomato sauce on the plates, sprinkle with part of the grated mozzarella and spread the tomato slices over it and put the lasagne plates on top again.
- Now spread the rest of the bechamel sauce over it and sprinkle with the Parmesan. Place the lasagna plates on top.
- Spread the rest of the red sauce over it and sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella. Put in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 ° C. When it has reached the desired degree of browning, take it out and wait a few minutes before cutting.
