Simple sauce

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Wheat flour 550
  • 0,5 liter Milk
  • Salt, gourmet pepper, nutmeg to taste
  • 1,5 tsp *Würz – Gemüsepaste

  • 1 Zucchini
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 250 g Mozzarella
  • 4 piece Lasagne sheets
  • 3 Pork schnitzel
  • 1 piece Gouda cheese

Simple sauce

  1. Take a small saucepan and first let the butter heat up in it. Then you add the wheat flour and let it sweat for a short moment. Now stir in the milk and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  2. Season the whole thing with salt, gourmet pepper, nutmeg and * seasoning – vegetable paste and season to taste.

  1. Now preheat the oven to 200 ° degrees top / bottom heat. Grease / brush a baking dish with rapeseed oil. First put the lasagne sheets in. Then put the pork schnitzel on top. Cut the zucchini into long slices and place on top.
  2. Wash and clean the tomatoes and also cut them into slices and spread them out. Remove the mozzarella from both bags, drain and also cut into slices and distribute on the tomatoes. This is repeated a second time with the specified ingredients.
  3. Now pour the sauce over it and sprinkle with the freshly grated Gouda cheese. Then place in the preheated oven and bake for about 40 to 45 minutes. Fill onto flat plates and serve immediately.
