Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g lasagna sheet(s)
- 2 onions
- 600 g minced meat
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp oregano
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp flour
- ½ liter of milk
- ¼ liter wine, white, dry
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 pinches of white pepper
- 100 g cheese (grated Emmental)
- 50 g Parmesan, grated
- 4 tbsp cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel and finely chop the onions. Fry the onions with the minced meat in the oil until golden brown, then season with oregano, paprika, and salt. Béchamel sauce: Melt the butter, sprinkle in the flour, and fry until light yellow. Gradually add the milk and white wine, stirring constantly, and cook for 5 minutes until simmering. Season with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Pour a little sauce into an ovenproof dish and layer the pasta and meat filling in the dish. Drizzle each layer of meat with sauce, pour the remaining sauce over the casserole, sprinkle with cheese, and drizzle with cream. Bake the casserole for 40 minutes.
