Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of peas and carrots, frozen
  • 150 g ham, cooked
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 1 small jar of pickled gherkins
  • 1 small jar of Miracle Whip
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Cook the peas and carrots according to the instructions until al dente, then let cool. Add the ham, sliced ​​into thin strips. Dice the cucumbers and add them. Mix in the finely chopped onion and drained corn. Combine the Miracle Whip with the lemon juice and add it. Stir well, season with salt and pepper, and let stand for a while.
