Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g lean beef
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 40 g margarine
- 100 g mushrooms
- 1 tbsp flour
- ⅛ liter meat broth, hot
- ⅛ liter white wine, dry
- Salt and pepper, black oregano
- 40 g butter
- 50 g ham, cooked
- 1 onion(s)
- 40 g flour
- ¼ liter meat broth, hot
- ¼ liter of milk
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch of chives
- n. B. Lasagne sheet(s), green
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
Cut the beef into 1/2 cm cubes. Brown with garlic and onions. Add the finely chopped mushrooms and sauté briefly. Dust with flour and then add the meat broth and wine while stirring. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano and simmer for about 60 minutes. For the béchamel sauce, fry the finely diced ham and onions in the butter. Dust with flour. Add the meat broth and milk while stirring. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the chives. Layer the meat sauce and béchamel with the pre-cooked lagagne sheets in a baking dish and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
