Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 60 g butter
- 70 g sugar
- 12 g cocoa powder
- 34 g flour
- 70 g dark chocolate
- 2 eggs
- Butter for the molds
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 11 minutes; Total time approx. 21 minutes

Preheat the oven to 210°C (top/bottom heat). Grease two porcelain molds with softened butter. Melt the chocolate and butter together in the microwave or over a double boiler. Whisk together the eggs and sugar, then stir in the cocoa powder and flour, then the butter-chocolate mixture. Pour the mixture into the molds to within 0.5 cm of the rim and bake on the middle rack of the preheated oven for 11 minutes.
