  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 200 g sugar
  • 125 g flour
  • 250 g oat flakes, fine

Instructions

Cookies with the aroma of Provence

Cream the softened butter with sugar and egg until fluffy. Combine the flour with the baking powder, oats, and lavender blossoms and gradually add to the foam mixture. Drop small heaps of dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper using a teaspoon and bake the cookies at 170 degrees Celsius for 12-15 minutes.
