Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 3 apples, sour
  • 1 can corn (vegetable)
  • 2 cans of tangerines
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 100 g cheese (sliced)
  • 5 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 jar salad cream
  • 1 jar celery, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 20 minutes

Drain the jar of celery and arrange the chopped celery in a bowl/dish. Drain the can of sweetcorn and arrange it evenly over the celery. Thinly slice a leek, wash it, and arrange it over the sweetcorn. Drain the two cans of mandarin oranges and arrange it over the leeks. Cut the cooked ham into small cubes and arrange it over the mandarin oranges. Peel the apples, cut them into small pieces, and arrange it over the ham. Peel the hard-boiled eggs, slice them, and arrange it over the apples. Spread the jar of salad cream over the eggs. Thinly slice a leek, wash it, and arrange it over the mixture. Cut the cheese into cubes or thin slices and arrange it over the top. Pull a film over it and refrigerate for 24 hours.
