Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 pack of frozen peas (450 g)
  • 500 g Miracle Whip
  • 7 eggs, boiled
  • 200 g ham (turkey ham)
  • 200 g cheese (Emmental), grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 15 minutes

without corn and celery

Generously remove the outer (dark green) leaves from the iceberg lettuce. Chop or tear the iceberg lettuce into small pieces and place in a salad bowl. Dice the bell pepper and place on top of the iceberg lettuce. Dice the onion and place on top of the bell pepper. Sprinkle the frozen peas over the onion. Spread Miracle Whip over the peas. Dice the eggs and place in the salad bowl. Dice the turkey ham and spread over the eggs. Finally, sprinkle the grated cheese over the ham. Prepare the salad the night before and refrigerate overnight.
