Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g cheese
  • 250 g sausage (e.g. cooked salami, hunting sausage or paprika sausage)
  • 250 g bell pepper(s)
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 3 medium-sized onions or 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp, levelled sugar
  • n. B. Salt and pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 20 minutes

Cut the cheese and the cored bell peppers into strips (about 3 cm long and pencil-thick), slice the sausage, dice the onions or spring onions, and finely chop the parsley. Mix everything together and season with salt, pepper, vinegar, sugar, and oil. Cover the salad and refrigerate for 24 hours. Serve with any kind of bread and a beer or a strong white wine.
